Monster Energy is seeking a Trade Development Manager to drive its brand portfolio to new heights. The ideal candidate will have exceptional distributor management prowess, robust fieldwork skills, and a talent for forging strong relationships.
Requirements
- Manage relationships with distributors and customers in the assigned territory
- Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region
- Train and coach the distributor/bottlers sales force to engage them with the Monster brand and objectives
- Ensure the execution of national and regional account strategies for all company products and achieve sales, profit and market share objectives
- Monitor market/retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies
- Develop, manage and/or maximize partnerships to drive improved performance
- Conduct business performance reviews with distributors/Bottlers to track and adjust efforts
- Work closely with National Sales and Regional Account Management Teams to understand customer programs and activities
