Warehouse Operations Lead - 1st Shift

As the Warehouse Operations Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our team, ensuring every task is completed on time and with top-notch safety! You'll be the mastermind behind verifying and maintaining records for all shipments, making sure our inventory is spot-on by sticking to our policies.

Requirements

• Inspect incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure both are correct and meet specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Assign and perform daily cycle counts to guarantee an accurate and consistent inventory
• Support team when required -- assemble hoses to meet customer/stocking needs.
• Project a positive company image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner.
• Display a professional attitude while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Supervisor warehouse staff and monitor performance on assigned daily tasks
• Maintain office functions including filing, billing, match receiving paperwork.
