Housekeeping Supervisor

The Floor Supervisor in Housekeeping is responsible for supervision of the day-to-day functions of the department ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to the department’s requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel housekeeping function
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations
• Knowledge of housekeeping service techniques and cost controls such as manpower, productivity and other expenses
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
