J1 Food & Beverage Internship | Montage International

The food & Beverage Internship position will provide you with the opportunity to learn and participate in hands-on work experience in our food and beverage departments. This position will require you to interact one on one with the guests while following company service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Consistently follow the Food & Beverage sequence of service
• Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the venue while commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods
• Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, bartenders and service staff
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Clean up of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs
