Telehealth Medical Practitioner

At Alternaleaf, we combine evidence-based practice with innovation to deliver telehealth care to thousands of patients across Australia. We’re looking for experienced Medical Practitioners to join our team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis. This is a fully remote role within Australia, offering the flexibility to work from home while being supported by a high-performing, collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

• Provide high-quality telehealth consultations to a diverse patient cohort
• Conduct clinical assessments, prescribe S4 and S8 medications, and manage follow-up care
• Collaborate closely with nurses and doctor support teams to ensure smooth, patient-centred care
• Maintain accurate clinical records in a digital-first environment, including Google Suite and multiple in-house systems
• Contribute to clinical training, peer learning, and governance activities
