Job Description
Monument Belgium is seeking a Case Manager VIE to join their team of 18, reporting to the Group Insurance Manager. The role involves managing second-pillar life insurance contracts, ensuring quality service to customers, and maintaining contact with clients. Collaboration with various departments is essential, providing advisory support in tax, legal, social, and technical matters.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in insurance, economics, or related field
- Proven experience in second-pillar insurance
- Analytical skills
- Ability to build trust and understand client expectations
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities
- Proficiency in Dutch (essential)
- Mastery of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
