Software Engineer, Product/UX

Join Monumental as a software engineer to help automate on-site construction with robotics and software. Develop a product and user experience, working directly alongside the CTO, and contribute to the company's mission to bring automation to the construction industry. The role involves building software products from start to finish, designing the optimal frontend experience for multi-robot command & control, and more.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering and building complex web applications in the browser in idiomatic TypeScript
• Experience with 3d graphics, ideally in the browser (e.g., Three.js or WebGL) or otherwise in other programming environments (e.g. Unity)
• Experience with UX design
• Proven experience in building prototypes or products in a zero-to-one environment, on your own or in a very small team
• Software engineering skills and best practices
• Comfortable picking up new language and tools
• Basic familiarity with Linux systems and conventions
