Tree Care District Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced District Manager of Tree Care to oversee day-to-day tree maintenance operations within a defined district. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily Tree Care operations within the assigned district, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Sales & Growth Support: Partner with General Managers and Sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Team Management & Development: Hire, train, and coach district team members, including Groundsmen, Climbers, and Tree Care Specialists.
• Customer & Client Service: Act as a key contact for district-level clients, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Administrative & Compliance: Monitor and report on district performance metrics, including safety, productivity, and revenue.
