Job Description
The Corporate Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift will perform technical service maintenance on facilities and manufacturing sites. The position requires specific knowledge and experience in technical disciplines and hands-on experience with repair of manufacturing support equipment and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Valid drivers' license with acceptable driving record
- Technical or Trade School Experience
- Training and experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical disciplines
- Application use of specific areas of expertise including carpentry, plumbing, painting, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems
- Maintenance knowledge with specific equipment and processes including crane and hoist equipment, air compressors, pneumatic tools, press brakes, paint booths, saws, and CNC equipment
- Safety specific experience includes OSHA and environmental regulations, electrical safety, machine safeguarding, and PPE
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and equipment troubleshooting skills
- Computer skills to communicate effectively across the organization
- Organizational skills and a service mindset
- Ability to communicate professionally and consistently in all situations
- Experience with computerized maintenance software
