Attorney Recruiting Coordinator

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to support the planning, management and administration of student and lateral attorney recruiting and integration. The position will reside in the Silicon Valley office and will coordinate a wide range of activities, including on-campus recruiting, lateral associate recruiting, summer associate program, and fall associate orientation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of related law firm recruiting or Human Resources experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Planning/organizational skills
• Ability to work individually as well as with a team
• Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands
