Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join their rapidly growing Detroit office. The role involves handling complex cases including slip and fall, security negligence, and wrongful death cases in Wayne County and surrounding areas, with a focus on client service and competitive compensation.
Requirements
- Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (Michigan required)
- Minimum 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
