Job Description
Morning Brew is seeking a freelance YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create highly clickable and thoughtfully designed thumbnails for our video production team.
Requirements
- Collaborate with producers to craft title and thumbnail combinations
- Create 3-4 thumbnail options per video
- Address 1-2 rounds of notes before publish
- Collaborate with Audience Development team to create a unified style and feel for thumbnails
- Archive work and projects in our centralized database
