The Case Manager is responsible for providing case management and supportive services to unaccompanied immigrant children released from federal custody. The Case Manager conducts home visits and phone contacts to assess safety and appropriateness of child’s placement with the UC’s sponsor, and connects UC to services in the community to address risk factors.
