Job Description
Mortenson is seeking a Structured Cabling General Foreman to plan, organize, and direct foreman and craft team members based on project schedules and state/federal regulations. The foreman will oversee activities, interpret specifications, analyze work, and resolve problems, while ensuring safety and adherence to established procedures. Responsibilities include operating machinery, leading the team, and making cost estimates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Positive attitude, professional customer service skills
- Detail orientation
- Ability to work under broad assignments
- Ability to determine work method from alternatives
- Ability to work under broad assignments, active listening skills and effective communication
- Physical capabilities to lift 50 lbs
