Job description
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, providing customer service, scheduling patients, and promoting MyChart use. They will also handle pre-registration and registration pre-verification for all patients at Mosaic Community Health. This role is based in our administrative office in Bend, OR.
