Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, providing customer service, scheduling patients, and promoting MyChart use. They will also handle pre-registration and registration pre-verification for all patients at Mosaic Community Health. This role is based in our administrative office in Bend, OR.

Requirements

• Answer all incoming calls, transfer and/or route messages to the appropriate clinic, pool, and/or individual
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality customer service
• Schedule patients in accordance with established provider schedules and clinic protocols
• Promote, educate, and troubleshoot MyChart use and issues for patients
