Medical Assistant (pediatrics)
Accredited medical assistant certification, excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills required
Behavioral Health Consultant (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD)
Associate licensed providers encouraged to apply. Knowledge of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments required
Dental Assistant
High School diploma or equivalent, Less than 2 years of experience, CPR certification and Oregon Radiology License are great to have
Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) - Rural Residency Program
Graduate of an accredited medical school, licensed or eligible for licensure, proficiency in computer usage, and ability to train and educate support staff

1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, basic computer skills, and a driver's license required
Facilities Coordinator
Background in building maintenance, janitorial, security, and grounds keeping; associated degree preferred; valid Oregon driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required
Family Practice Provider (MD/DO/NP)
Two years of work experience, preferably in Family Practice, with skills in computer typing/keyboarding and practice management software
