Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and security of multiple facilities. The role involves performing routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of building systems, as well as providing oversight of contractors and vendors.

Requirements

• Background in building maintenance, janitorial, security, and grounds keeping
• Associated Degree preferred
• Valid Oregon driver's license
• Proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to work effectively with all staff, vendors, and other organizations
