HR Advisor - Part Time

The HR Advisor plays a key role in shaping a positive and inclusive employee experience by providing proactive, people-focused support across the business. This role works closely with line managers to deliver expert, front-line guidance on a wide range of people matters, fostering a culture of trust, growth, and high performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a generalist HR professional, advising on a wide range of HR and employment law matters.
• Strong understanding of organisational restructuring and change management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in a technology or fast-paced business environment is advantageous.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
