We are looking for a Small Business Relationship Manager to help entrepreneurs and freelancers with insurance advice and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in insurance, is proactive and commercially talented, and is customer-focused.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in insurance, preferably in non-life
• Knowledge of life insurance is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable in a commercial role and not afraid to actively approach customers
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Accuracy, structure, and administrative strength
• Customer focus, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking
• Results-oriented, proactive, and persuasive skills
• Ambition to grow as a partner on a long-term basis
