Quality Assurance Officer

The Quality Assurance Officer ensures the company follows laws, regulations, and standards by developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting internal audits and risk assessments, and promoting ethical behavior and the code of conduct.

Requirements

• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
• Make sure corrective actions are taken when issues are found
• Prepare reports on department performance for management
• Ensure employees understand data privacy responsibilities
• Conduct audits to check compliance
• Handle registration/renewals with the Data Protection Office
• Assess privacy risks for new projects
• Keep records of all data processing activities
• Stay updated on compliance laws
• Update company policies and procedures
• Promote ethical behavior and the code of conduct
• Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions
• Perform internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports
• Help deliver internal audit training
• Assist in compliance/quality training for employees
• Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior
• Analyze data to detect compliance issues
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain documents and records (both electronic and paper)
• Book meetings and ensure office supplies
