Job Description
The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience within a vertically integrated company. This structured 6-month program involves rotating through key departments and culminating in a capstone project and presentation to senior leadership. Trainees will be placed into available positions after graduation or remain in current roles until suitable opportunities arise.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in HR, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in a career in management and leadership
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel to different facilities
- Must be willing to travel to different facilities
