Job Description
This 26-week Operations Management Trainee Program at Mountaire Farms provides hands-on experience across all facets of processing operations. Graduates will rotate through key departments, develop leadership skills, and contribute to continuous improvement. Upon successful completion, this program sets the stage for a career as a future supervisor within Processing Operations.
