Job Description
Mountaire is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead teams in poultry protein production. This pipeline role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity, and fostering a culture of excellence. Requirements
- Leading daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, and following SOPs.
- Maintaining product quality and food safety through adherence to quality specifications and regulations.
- Monitoring and improving key production metrics (BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade %).
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring accurate timekeeping (Kronos/Oracle HCM).
