Job Description
Operations Manager – Ballast Water Treatment Systems, leading and supporting technical operations related exclusively to Ballast Water Treatment Systems, managing and guiding field engineers, project managers, and partners.
Requirements
- Provide high-level technical support to project managers, sales engineers, and field engineers in all BWTS-related matters.
- Manage and develop the BWTS technical team, including job allocation, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with Mr. Marine's QHSE policies and ISO9001:2015 standards within BWTS operations.
- Lead complex BWTS service and modernization projects from design to installation.
- Analyze technical issues and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, standards, and regulatory requirements for BWTS (Flag, Class, OEMs).
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients, supporting commercial and operational teams.
- Participate in the on-call technical support rotation outside office hours.
