Head of Viral Marketing (Products & Services)

Beast Industries is a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast. The company is building a next-generation consumer and services platform with global reach and long-term ambition. As Head of Viral Marketing, you will define how attention becomes action and build systems that convert cultural moments into sign-ups, activation, revenue, retention, and repeat engagement across MrBeast products, services, and partners.

Requirements

• 10 or more years leading marketing, growth, or integrated marketing functions with direct accountability for business outcomes
• Proven track record of turning cultural attention into sign-ups, usage, revenue, and repeat engagement
• Strong commercial judgment across multiple business models, including consumer products, services, subscriptions, fintech, telecom, or partnerships
• Deep understanding of how social and viral mechanics influence behavior across the full customer lifecycle
• Experience building and scaling teams, systems, and processes in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Ability to balance creative instinct with analytical rigor and performance discipline
• Comfort operating at high velocity while making clear decisions with imperfect information
