As a Junior Sales Associate, you will support the commercial success of MSCI's Analytics business by engaging clients, identifying new business opportunities, and helping them understand how MSCI's analytics tools can enhance their investment processes. You will work alongside senior sales professionals and be part of a collaborative and high-performing group responsible for helping clients adopt MSCI's industry-leading risk and performance analytics solutions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, analytics, investment research, or B2B sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding or interest in quantitative investment analytics, portfolio management, and risk management concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
