Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift

Role Overview

Operate material handling equipment to move merchandise in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, following production standards and SOPs. Unload inbound shipments, stock and store merchandise, and prepare product for shipment or production.

What You Will Do

Unload inbound shipments, move product within the warehouse, stock and store merchandise, load and unload product using a forklift or other power equipment, and prepare product for shipment or production.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow work procedures and safety rules, and physical stamina to lift and move equipment/product. The ideal candidate is able to work overtime as needed and has good eye-hand-foot coordination.

Requirements

• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
• Ability to use automated inventory control equipment as required
• Ability to manually load/unload, lift/move equipment/product which may weigh up to 100 pounds
• Ability to mount and dismount forklift through the duration of the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
