Requirements
- Strong interest in Banking and Finance career paths
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or other related field
- Solid academic standing, minimum 3.2 GPA
- Self-starter with the ability to synthesize ambiguous information and develop creative solutions
- Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills
- Microsoft Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Leadership experience and prior finance-related and data analysis experience are preferred
