Job Description
Intrepid Investment Bankers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join their Media & Entertainment practice. The selected colleague will work on deal origination and execution, support senior bankers, and build relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Organizing, reviewing, and analyzing due diligence processes and materials
- Developing valuation analyses and models
- Preparing comprehensive pitchbooks and marketing materials
- Compiling prospective acquirer & investor lists and contacting acquirers & investors
- Supporting senior bankers in establishing relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients
