Role Overview

Deliver exceptional customer service through careful application of skills, knowledge, and experience in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles. Reporting to the Branch Manager, key responsibilities include timely response to customer enquiries, preparation of quotes and documentation, and assisting team members in daily transactions.

What You Will Do

Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes and documentation, assist team members, and assist in warehouse delivery and maintenance.

Requirements

• Solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales

• Administrative skills including intermediate computer skills
