Senior AI Engineer (Agentic Systems & LLM Architecture)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to own and scale the entire agentic intelligence layer of our platform, MiceDesk. MiceDesk is building the first agentic operating system for the global hospitality industry, automating MICE & Group Sales, centralizing operational knowledge, and powering intelligent decision-making across hotels, clusters, and global brands.

Requirements

• Deep AI Engineering Expertise
• Strong experience with LLM systems, agentic architectures, and advanced prompting & reasoning frameworks
• Hands-on with: AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Local LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen), Vector databases and retrieval architectures
• Solid background in: Data Engineering, Data Science, Knowledge graphs, Event-driven and scalable backends, Architecture-Level Thinking
• Ability to design complex, production-grade multi-agent systems that are: reliable, auditable, explainable, fast and scalable
