Staff Engineer, Sustaining Test

pSemi Corporation is seeking a Staff Engineer, Sustaining Test to perform a variety of assignments while supporting global sustaining test and high-volume manufacturing. The selected candidate will have an advanced understanding in semiconductor test and wafer probe methods and can generate design of experiments, analyze data, and use results to drive engineering decisions.

Requirements

• Serving as a liaison between new test development and manufacturing teams to facilitate new product introduction and sustain existing products.
• Coordinating with internal and offshore production test facilities to establish, qualify, and sustain ATE solutions.
• Ensuring existing methods and procedures are followed and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
• Providing troubleshooting support, recurring problem detection, root cause analysis, and driving resolution of manufacturing test issues.
• Reviewing production test methods and procedures, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading cross-functional actions to implement changes.
