Job Description
Join our winning team and get the opportunity to work on high-profile projects across Europe. As an Engineering Surveyor, you will be part of our Geospatial Engineering Department and work on a variety of projects across Ireland and Europe, ensuring positive outcomes for clients and the business alike. You will be responsible for staking/setting-out for different trades in construction, preparing and analyzing data for set-out, and utilizing modern survey methods and survey devices such as Total Stations, GPS and Data Collectors.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications (Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering) and/or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of surveying
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative when required
- Understand scopes of work and project requirements
- Strong knowledge of current CAD technology
- Experience working in infrastructure and construction
- Experience with HD Laser Scanning technology and software (desired but not essential)
- Experience with machine control (desired but not essential)
- Understanding of BIM workflows and experience with digital collaboration tools (desired but not essential)
- Possess a full Irish or EU driving licence
- Flexibility to travel nationwide & European-wide as required by our clients
- The right to work in the EU
