Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong Computer skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Outgoing, positive personality
