At MEE, we are looking for an Assistant Manager-IT & Automation to provide administrative and organizational support to the Information Technology team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a role as a IT Analyst with retail industry experience or as a super user retail professional who has been actively involved in software implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a role as a IT Analyst with retail industry experience
- Experience in retail systems knowledge, including POS, Supply Chain, ERP, Merchandising, E Commerce, Allocation Forecasting, WMS, SCM, TMS, Finance, HR/Payroll
- Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
