Job Description
Freelance Recruitment (Mass Hiring) role at MyRobin, a part of BetterPlace, requires managing end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring projects, developing sourcing strategies, and conducting phone and video screenings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring large numbers of candidates within tight timelines
- Strong networking and sourcing skills, both online and offline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
