You will be the operational point of contact for each asset, from acquisition to management, and potentially resale. You will orchestrate all stakeholders, meet deadlines, and ensure each project advances and each asset performs.
Your missions will cover post-acquisition project management, works & fit-out, rental management, asset tracking, support for property transactions, and partner & service provider relations.
You will have autonomy and impact from the first day, in a growing structure, with cross-functional learning and direct contact with finance, law, and real estate tax.
