Property Manager

Role Overview

You will be the operational point of contact for each asset, from acquisition to management, and potentially resale. You will orchestrate all stakeholders, meet deadlines, and ensure each project advances and each asset performs.

What You Will Do

Your missions will cover post-acquisition project management, works & fit-out, rental management, asset tracking, support for property transactions, and partner & service provider relations.

Requirements

• 3 years minimum in property management / asset management
• Good knowledge of leases (habitation, meublé, commercial) and regulatory framework
• Ease with numbers and tracking tools (Excel at a minimum)
