Field Manager

Floors Etc. is seeking a Field Manager to oversee commercial projects for pre-install, during, and post-installation, ensuring efficient resource allocation, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with teams, scheduling manpower, and inspecting quality. The position is fully remote and operates across MD, DC and VA.

Requirements

• 3-5 years field management experience
• Subject matter expertise in flooring materials and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
