Compliance Coordinator

Nabis is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment between local distribution teams, partner brands, and internal compliance leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cannabis operations, regulatory compliance, or distribution preferred
• Strong familiarity with METRC and cannabis compliance tracking systems
• Knowledge of California cannabis regulations and the operational implications of distribution compliance
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve compliance discrepancies quickly and professionally
