Requirements

• Lead a dynamic research team and succeed in applications for external research funding
• Publish research papers in top-ranked international peer-reviewed journals
• Establish collaborations with local/overseas research institutions
• Design, plan, and implement effective teaching arrangements
• Provide guidance and supervision to graduate and undergraduate students
• Participate in departmental meetings and other committees
• Contribute to the School's outreach/admission-related events and activities
