The Senior Assistant Manager, Faculty Affairs provides strategic and operational leadership in managing all faculty-related activities within the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE).

Requirements

• Recognized university Bachelor/Master/PhD degree or its equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in People Management
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proactive problem-solving in areas of welfare, infrastructure, and culture
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
