Job Description
The Senior Assistant Manager, Faculty Affairs provides strategic and operational leadership in managing all faculty-related activities within the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE).
Requirements
- Recognized university Bachelor/Master/PhD degree or its equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in People Management
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive problem-solving in areas of welfare, infrastructure, and culture
