Line Cook
High school diploma required. Cooking experience is necessary. Experience with kitchen equipment and sanitation is a must
Pantry Cook
Past pantry cook experience, food safety knowledge, and culinary skills are needed. Formal education preferred. Must be able to work in fast-paced environments
Steward/Dishwasher
Minimal experience preferred, proficient dishwashing skills, and knowledge of food safety. High school diploma or equivalent is needed
Sauté Cook
Proven experience as a sauté cook, knowledge of sauté techniques, and strong multitasking skills
Grill Cook
Strong cooking and grilling skills, food safety knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Server
Previous serving experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility with shifts and tasks
Server Assistant
Prior experience as a server asst/food runner, teamwork and communication skills, and ability to multitask
AM Server
High school diploma or equivalent, prior experience as a server, flexibility to work shifts
