Job Description
Oversee all aspects of outpatient pharmacy operations, including staff management, vendor relations, inventory control, professional consultation, and financial planning.
Requirements
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Tennessee, and licensed before date of hire.
- Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy required, conferred by an ACPE-accredited School or College of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in management (or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in specialty pharmacy preferred
- Pharmacist-In-Charge with the State of Tennessee at the discretion of the Director of Pharmacy
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Effective management of human and material resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
