Job Description
Bloomfield Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. The LPN will work with residents, families, and teams to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
