Nursing Scheduler (Long Term Care)

As a Nursing Scheduler at Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility is optimally staffed, developing and maintaining nursing staff schedules, and collaborating with nursing leaders to optimize staffing and budget impact. You will also communicate effectively with nursing staff and manage overtime and agency expense to achieve overall budget targets.

Requirements

• Experience as a scheduler in a Healthcare or Long-Term Care setting
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong organizational, administrative and time-management skills
• Ability to handle dynamic scheduling needs and adapt to last-minute changes
