Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team in our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities in Connecticut. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will oversee facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- Valid state nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
