Unit Manager (RN)

Evergreen Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit, ensuring quality care and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Valid state RN nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
