The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent "hunter" sales skills, with the ability to achieve and surpass sales targets. The role will involve driving business growth within a specified territory and cultivating connections with end users to "pull" business through NSA's customers to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- Proven success as an Account Manager, Field Sales Manager, or another similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and dynamics.
- Exhibits excellent leadership, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a solid understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting.
- Maintains high personal integrity, sales proficiency, and a strong work ethic.
