NSA is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive business growth within a specified territory and cultivate connections with end users to "pull" business through NSA's customers to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent "hunter" sales skills, and the capability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for NSA's end users within a designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong positive relationships with NSA's direct customers, providing training and motivation to encourage the promotion of NSA products to their end user customers.
- Collaborate with NSA's Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) to enhance strategies aimed at increasing NSA's market share with major distributor customers through end user training and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer needs and streamline sales processes.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competitive dynamics.
