
Job description
We are seeking a senior market intelligence and insights analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high synthesis capacity, critical thinking, and a proactive attitude. They will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive performance of our brands (Natura & Avon) and detecting opportunities in Mexico and other markets.
The main responsibilities of this position include generating integrated reports with analysis and insights of the Mexican market, integrating Hispanic information to support the identification of opportunities in the region, and managing administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kantar's household panel and Nielsen information, knowledge of the beauty industry in Mexico, and intermediate-advanced Excel skills. They will also have advanced English skills (C1) and Portuguese is desirable.
